Begin by parting the hair in a side part.
Then do another side part on the other side.
The part should go to where the base of the ponytail will be.
Leave the hair out that is between the two parts. Put the rest of her hair into a low ponytail to keep it out of the way.
Spray and brush the hair left out.
French braid all the way back to where the base of the ponytail will be. I usually go further just to be sure. Add a ouchless elastic to the end of the braid.
Take the low ponytail out and brush the bottom hair up into a high ponytail. Move the braid section to the side to keep it out of the way until the end.
Once you have the high ponytail the way you like it, pull the braided hair up and add it to the ponytail.
Add the hair band.
Finish off the hair band.
Pull out the ouchless elastic from the braid.
Add a bow to dress it up.
